Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as a Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to understand their unique challenges and support needs.

• Providing graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to meet client needs, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and support staff, to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Documenting assessment findings, treatment interventions, and progress in a timely and ethical manner to ensure continuity of care.

• Managing a caseload of patients efficiently, offering case management services and coordinating with community resources to ensure the highest quality of support.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to evaluate treatment efficacy and adapt approaches as needed.

The patients you will serve include a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more severe psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants are encouraged to have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or social work. Experience in outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities is highly desirable. Candidates willing to work 10 to 40 hours per week or more will find our practice accommodating and supportive.

Compensation and Benefits\n
