Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, effectively utilizing digital platforms to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies as necessary, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients in distress.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no history of disciplinary actions with any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n
