Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to fulfill your responsibilities from the comfort of your home while also having access to our outpatient office resources in Long Beach. You will operate within a structured clinical framework, ensuring consistent support and collaboration with your peers. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a predictable work schedule to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions to address various emotional and behavioral issues.

• Complete thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for new clients based on their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in regular team consultations and clinical supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic strategies and client care.

• Identify client needs for additional services and make appropriate referrals to external resources and support services as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
