Make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary-aged students as an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraprofessional in an Intensive Learning Center setting. Located in the Broomfield, CO area, this contract position supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at an elementary school and offers a consistent part-time schedule, with hours from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You'll collaborate closely with school leadership and special education teams to provide direct support, fostering positive outcomes for students in a nurturing environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active or previously held RBT certification required; candidates in training are not eligible for this assignment
• At least two years of classroom experience in public school special education settings (facility-based experience does not meet eligibility requirements)
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctual onsite attendance
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative educational team
• Flexibility and professionalism when adapting to evolving needs throughout the school year

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavior support and intervention to elementary students within an intensive learning environment
• Work under the guidance of the Principal and Special Education Director, adapting plans as needed to best serve the students
• Collect data and document progress on student goals and behavioral interventions
• Actively engage with students, reinforcing positive behaviors and supporting learning plans
• Participate in 2-3 days of professional training during the school year
