This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing counselors to provide care from the comfort of their homes while connecting with clients across various demographics. Our regular work schedule is structured from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, encouraging a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the unique mental health needs and challenges of clients seeking help.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and circumstances of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions leveraging suitable therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Work collaboratively with diverse interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and holistic care plans that address all facets of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and dignity of all individuals served.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our counselors are eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
