In-Person Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking an In-Person Sales Development Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Macon, GA. Job Description: Pay: $29/hr (W2) + uncapped commission 1-year assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and continued need Responsible for driving new partnerships and expanding the client’s business in emerging and underserved markets Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with local and regional representatives and negotiate partnership agreements Manage a high-volume, transactional sales cycle with the ability to close deals quickly Travel regularly throughout assigned territory (50%+ travel required) Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and leverage sales tools, marketing materials, and market insights to achieve territory growth goals Compensation includes base pay plus commission for every new partnership; commission is uncapped Referral Bonus for any candidate hired Qualifications: 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing role or other transferable sales environment B2B sales, outside sales, or field sales experience strongly preferred Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), particularly restaurants, food & beverage, or local businesses, is a plus Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales tools preferred Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel extensively (mileage reimbursed) Comfortable working restaurant-friendly hours when needed, including some early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends Proficient with Google Workspace tools Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build territory strategies and execute independently Please respond with your resume attached. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fountain Group
