We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in a client-facing environment. In this role, you will provide service to a variety of clients and support field service for all our shipping and mailing technology, from Inserters to Lockers. A successful Field Service Technician is client-centric, has strong customer service, is comfortable managing significant windshield time, and has experience repairing or troubleshooting both hardware and software solutions. Your primary service area will be within 2 hours of Albany, NY; some travel beyond this radius may be required. In this role, you will have a consistent Monday - Friday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule working in alignment with traditional office hours (some overtime may be required). The wage range for this position is $25 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
