Senior Account Manager (Pharma & Tradeshows)

Senior Account Manager (Pharma & Trade Shows) At Jack Morton, we create brand experiences that unlock value for clients. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to champion high‑profile pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts, guiding programs from concept to delivery and leading cross‑functional teams. Your Role Act as the primary liaison for key pharma and healthcare clients, ensuring goals are understood and met. Provide strategic counsel to translate objectives into impactful experiential solutions. Build collaborative relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and long‑term account growth. Participate in client planning sessions, status meetings, and post‑event debriefs to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Program Oversight & Delivery Manage end‑to‑end delivery of trade shows, live events, and hybrid experiences. Coordinate with internal teams—Creative, Production, Field Services—and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, monitoring progress and addressing issues during live events. Oversee program budgets, track financial performance, and ensure accurate quoting, billing, and reconciliation. Maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, budgets, and post‑event reporting. Guide and support Account Managers and Coordinators, sharing best practices and fostering skill growth. Promote a culture of collaboration and accountability across teams. Assist in onboarding new team members and strengthening departmental capabilities. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4–7+ years managing complex experiential or trade show programs, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing. Demonstrated success leading client relationships and delivering measurable results. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Comfort using Microsoft Office and project management tools. What Makes You Successful Here Client‑focused: anticipate client needs and consistently deliver value. Proven success delivering results for pharmaceutical or healthcare clients. Previous agency experience with cross‑functional team leadership. Regulatory understanding supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
