About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring on-time delivery of equipment, improving maintenance efficiency, and enhancing people productivity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and comply with the reliability-centered maintenance strategy.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history.
- Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives, and improvement plans within the Maintenance Base (MB) to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of diesel mechanic experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Oilfield experience preferred.
- Technical school training or certification preferred.
- Personal tools are a plus and should be provided by the candidate.
15 days on / 6 days off rotation with 12-hour shifts and overtime opportunities available. For non-local candidates, housing and flights will be provided during the rotation period. All required PPE will be provided.
