Job Description:
A large, established facilities management company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp-to-permanent opportunity.
This is a high-volume AP role focused on invoice processing, coding, expense review, vendor reconciliations, payment support, and month-end close. The team is looking for someone with strong technical AP experience who is comfortable working in cloud-based systems and managing a fast-paced workload.
Responsibilities
- Process and code high volumes of vendor invoices.
- Review supporting documentation and approvals.
- Audit employee expense reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment issues.
- Assist with checks, ACH payments, and electronic payment processing.
- Support month-end close and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate AP records and reporting.
- Assist with vendor setup and other AP projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 23 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong high-volume AP experience.
- Experience with invoice coding and review.
- Expense report auditing experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
