Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Bi-Lingual to join their team. As a Human Resources Assistant Bi-Lingual, you will be part of the HR department supporting the entire employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Bi-Lingual Spanish

Location: Tappan, NY

Pay Range: $24

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee recordkeeping processes.
• Support benefits administration, employee engagement activities, and compliance tracking.
• Serve as a key contact for employees and applicants, ensuring clear communication and positive HR experiences.
• Help coordinate employee milestones, job fairs, and training sessions.

What's Needed?

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• No prior experience required; open to candidates eager to learn and grow.
