SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

Deputy Command Information Officer

You will serve as the Deputy Command Information Officer and principal advisor on information technology programs, systems engineering, and enterprise technology initiatives.

You will develop, implement, and oversee IT policies, strategic plans, and technical solutions that support organizational objectives and mission requirements.

You will direct and evaluate enterprise IT programs, ensuring systems, resources, and technologies are effectively integrated and aligned with operational goals.

You will provide expert technical guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders on complex information technology issues, modernization efforts, and emerging technologies.

You will manage workforce resources, budgets, contracts, and program priorities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of information technology services.

You will coordinate with internal and external organizations to resolve technical challenges, implement new capabilities, and improve enterprise-wide performance.

You will supervise subordinate managers and technical personnel, establishing performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and supporting employee development and accountability.

You will represent the organization in meetings, briefings, and conferences with senior government officials, Department of Defense leadership, and other stakeholders regarding information technology programs and initiatives.
