Position Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate treatment with the healthcare team, monitor patient conditions, and educate patients and families. Candidates with at least 6 months of ED nursing experience will be considered.

Location: Hudson, FL

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule: Nights, rotating weekends

Pay Range: $33–$47/hour, plus $4.75 differential

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions, pain levels, and responses to treatment.
• Administer ordered treatments, medications, and procedures.
• Monitor patients and document care accurately and promptly.
• Respond to patient needs and provide timely, compassionate care.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Registered Nurse diploma.
• Minimum 6 months of Emergency Department RN experience .
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of hire.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year of hire.
