Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in an intensive care setting. The RN will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, coordinate treatment, and educate patients and families. Candidates must have at least one year of recent ICU experience; MICU, SICU, and CSU backgrounds will be considered.

Location: Hudson, FL

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule: Night shift, rotating weekends

Pay Range: $33–$46/hour, based on experience

Relocation Assistance: Considered on a case-by-case basis

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and review test results.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment plans, and care instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient safety and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license or appropriate compact license. If using a compact license, an active Florida RN license is required within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience.
• MICU, SICU, and CSU experience will be considered.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
