Marketing & Events Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing & Events Specialist to support marketing and go-to-market activities for the dental industry. You will work across marketing, product marketing, training and sales enablement, helping implement programs that drive digital dentistry adoption and education for both hardware and software solutions. This role must commute to our office at 4490 Von Karman Ave in Newport Beach every day and will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, including messaging, copywriting, audience segmentation, and content management. Build and update assets, presentations, product sheets, emails, and other materials that support marketing campaigns and demand generation. Manage editorial calendar and coordinate social media content for ongoing promotions related to education, events, webinars, thought leadership (KOL), podcasts, and more. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and making data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness and deliverability. Events & Webinars Support the logistics, planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up of industry events, educational workshops, and other customer engagement activities that will occasionally require weekend hours and up to 10% travel. Manage the webinar production process – including set-up, promotion, moderation, and actionable post-session analytics. Facilitate equipment and marketing shipments for educational and partner programs – both locally and regionally. Coordinate team transportation scheduling, catering, and internal/external attendee management. Manage office training event space – which include tidying and setting up, preparing swag bags, and any other tasks with ensuring the room is always ready for onsite training or demonstrations. Other administrative marketing tasks as needed Help manage project timelines, deliverables, reviews, and approvals to keep marketing initiatives moving forward. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field 3-4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or event management. Experience in Microsoft applications, email marketing platforms (HubSpot), ad management tools (Google, Meta), social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn), basic video editing software, and project management systems (Monday) Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to take ownership and work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of SEO, graphic design, or content marketing is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
