Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own workspace while maintaining a flexible schedule. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate seamless communication and interaction with clients. While our standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility may be required based on patient availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will include a variety of essential responsibilities aimed at fostering mental health recovery in your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation supports effective care delivery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance the quality of care across our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this rewarding position, candidates should possess:

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
