Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health issues. You will play a crucial role in helping these clients develop coping strategies, improve their emotional resilience, and achieve their personal goals for mental health wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, offering an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 based on caseload and individual experience. Additional benefits include:
