Role Description

The Recruiter drives end-to-end talent acquisition that fuels business growth for high-performing global teams. This role plays a critical part in building scalable hiring strategies, strengthening workforce capabilities, and delivering long-term career growth with Emapta through a premium, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in successfully building relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates common sense, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness
• Technically savvy with a strong willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Create compelling job postings to advertise open positions effectively
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess applicants' qualifications for cultural fit and role-specific skills
• Shortlist and present candidates to hiring managers for further consideration
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
• Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
• Develop and execute strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
• Ensure a positive experience by providing timely communication and feedback
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations
