As a Head Chef at Antimony Brewing, you will have the opportunity to craft unique menus, manage food quality, and oversee kitchen operations in a fast-paced brewpub and event space setting.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Plan and create innovative tap room and banquet menus
• Ensure high food quality standards are maintained in all dishes served
• Manage food costs and inventory to optimize profitability
• Supervise back of house staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Oversee labor costs and scheduling to maximize efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong culinary management experience
• Menu development expertise
• Proficient in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Experience in high-volume dining or banquet catering

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $55,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $68,000.00
