Client Services Supervisor - Angell West

Full time, 40 hours per week position. Specific schedule TBD by department needs.

The Client Services Supervisor provides supervision and training of the front office staff members (Client Care Specialists). The supervisor will coordinate and participate in all functions and aspects of client services by assuring that sufficient resources and effective protocols are in place to support the smooth operational flow of patients and clients. We are seeking applicants with at least 1 year of supervisory experience who has excellent judgment, interpersonal, and decision making skills in client service matters and in prioritizing and distributing work. This position will provide active oversight of client service personnel throughout the work shift and demonstrate the willingness and ability to both help and positively influence others.

Some of the specific responsibilities include:

• Supervises and assigns work for the front office staff.
• Prepares and completes payroll, personnel and attendance records.
• Initiates and is actively involved in the disciplinary and review processes.
• Interacts with veterinary staff and clients relative to front office aspects of veterinary service.
• Eagerly approaches each interaction with a client or colleague with an active desire to exceed their expectations.

Compensation: Starting $28-32hr. Please note that candidates with additional experience or credentials may be eligible for compensation aligned with their qualifications.
