About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This strategic and operational leadership role is pivotal in driving the global security mission, with a focus on aligning security priorities with business outcomes, managing security operations, and ensuring the effective execution of critical programs. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, connecting strategy to execution, and will be responsible for maintaining the operational cadence of the Office of the CISO, overseeing communication, and managing a global team. Key responsibilities include strategic alignment, security operations management, communication, influence, and team leadership and development. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity, business administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years' experience in cybersecurity, technology strategy, or business operations. A minimum of 5 years' supporting senior executives in a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or equivalent role is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic and operational excellence in large, global, complex organizations, and a strong understanding of enterprise security functions, governance, and operational frameworks. Excellent executive communication skills, the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences, and a demonstrated success in program execution and leadership enablement are essential. Experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS sector is preferred, along with a strategic mindset, strong operational discipline, and the ability to manage ambiguity while driving clarity across complex initiatives.
