Partner Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Partner Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a compliance and documentation service provider. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline through partner-driven marketing channels, including trade publications, content syndication, and third-party lead generation sources. The ideal candidate will own the execution, performance, and optimization of campaigns, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality leads and measurable revenue impact across key industry segments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with trade publications, content syndication partners, and lead generation platforms
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner marketing programs and vendor relationships
• Negotiate campaign placements, pricing, and performance expectations
• Develop and execute gated content campaigns such as whitepapers, webinars, surveys, and editorial placements
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to develop campaign assets and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards
• Own lead generation targets, including monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates
• Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure effective lead handoff and pipeline tracking
• Track and report on campaign performance using dashboards, UTM tracking, and attribution models
• Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, offers, and channel mix to improve results
• Support content strategy by identifying asset needs and aligning campaigns to key market segments
• Build and manage predictable lead generation run rates and pipeline forecasts
• Adjust marketing spend and strategies to meet revenue and performance targets

Requirements include:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or partner marketing
• Experience managing trade publications, content syndication, and paid lead generation channels
• Proven track record of managing performance-based marketing campaigns
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or tax preferred

Skills:

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Certifications:

• Marketing or digital marketing certifications preferred but not required

Knowledge:

• Understanding of MQL to SQL conversion and pipeline generation strategies
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Knowledge of CPL, CPA, and pipeline-based marketing models
• Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting tools
