Independent Sales Representative - Golf & Outdoor Recreation

We are seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives with experience or established relationships in the golf, hunting, and outdoor recreation industries.

This is a flexible, remote, commission-only opportunity designed for independent sales professionals, manufacturers' representatives, and business development consultants interested in adding an innovative product to their existing portfolio.

Representatives will identify and develop relationships with golf courses, country clubs, pro shops, hunting outfitters, and professional guides.

Rather than simply selling a product, representatives will introduce businesses to ThermoThink's commercial purchase and rental programs, helping them evaluate opportunities to enhance guest experiences and generate incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective golf courses, country clubs, hunting outfitters, and outdoor recreation businesses.
• Introduce ThermoThink's heated seat systems and commercial rental and purchase programs.
• Explain the potential customer benefits, including additional revenue opportunities and improved guest comfort.
• Register and manage qualified opportunities through the ThermoThink Sales Partner Portal.
• Use provided marketing materials, financial projection tools, and customer quoting resources.
• Coordinate with ThermoThink on customer proposals, approved pricing, and commercial agreements.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales, independent sales representation, business development, or account management.
• Existing relationships within the golf, hunting, outdoor recreation, or hospitality industries are highly desirable.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and explain financial benefits to decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, online sales tools, and digital communications.

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity , with no base salary or guaranteed earnings.

• Commission opportunities are based on applicable sales volume and rental agreement terms.

• No geographic relocation required.

Commission rates, eligibility, and payment terms are governed by the ThermoThink Sales Partner Agreement. Commissions are payable on qualifying collected customer payments in accordance with that agreement.
