Sales Director

Job Title: Director of Sales, Luxury Senior Living Location: New York Compensation: $120-140,000K + Commission target of $200,000+OTE Responsibilities Execute the full sales process, from discovery meetings and personalized tours through follow-up, objection handling and closing. Achieve monthly and quarterly move-in, revenue and occupancy targets by effectively progressing leads through the pipeline. Build and maintain referral networks through external outreach, presentations, business development and community marketing events. Manage lead inquiries and CRM activity accurately, while tracking conversion metrics, preparing sales reports and monitoring KPIs. Collaborate with executive, sales, clinical and operations teams to align marketing and pricing strategies and deliver a positive move-in experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred. Minimum two years’ sales and marketing experience within senior living or senior housing, with a proven record of achieving sales and occupancy targets. Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, with a professional, compassionate and resident- and family-focused approach. Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track performance and support sales reporting, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
