Business Development Manager

We are expanding our team at Garrido USA in Miami and looking for a Business Development Manager who already knows the packaging automation industry. If you don't have at least 5 years of experience specifically with end-of-line packaging machinery , this won't be a fit. We need someone who can hit the ground running without a steep learning curve. The Role: Grow the Network: Responsible for bringing on new distributors and securing key national accounts. Account Management: Manage and support our distribution accounts to drive revenue. Travel: Hit the road for face-to-face site visits and support our distributor partners in closing equipment deals. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience selling end-of-line packaging equipment Direct experience managing B2B distribution networks. Location: Fully in-person at our Miami facility is preferred. However, we will consider a remote arrangement for seasoned industry pros with a proven track record.
