Business Development Manager

Resumen del Puesto: El Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios es responsable de aumentar las ventas mediante la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y aprovechando las ventas existentes dentro del sector de la comida y los servicios de alimentos. El enfoque estará en el crecimiento de negocios de grupos multiunidad, la retención y el crecimiento de cuentas a nivel "platino", así como la recuperación de cuentas perdidas dentro de estos parámetros. Lo que harás: Desarrollo de Ventas: Gestionar y desarrollar ventas en los canales de alimentos actuales y nuevos, utilizando un enfoque de investigación multifacética para descubrir oportunidades no aprovechadas. Colaboración con el Equipo de Ventas: Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para identificar y dirigir las oportunidades que se alineen con los objetivos de ventas presupuestados de la empresa. Sistema Orientado a Objetivos: Desarrollar un sistema estructurado y orientado a objetivos para abordar cada oportunidad de venta identificada, asegurando resultados medibles. Soluciones Personalizadas: Pensar fuera de la caja para crear ideas a medida para los clientes según sus necesidades específicas. Habilidades de Cierre de Alto Nivel: Demostrar habilidades excepcionales para cerrar ventas y construir relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes. Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes: Establecer relaciones con los principales tomadores de decisiones y mantener la comunicación continua con las cuentas una vez que se han integrado y transferido al equipo de ventas. Supervisión de Cuentas: Mantener supervisión regular de las cuentas para asegurar que se maximicen las oportunidades de ventas. Análisis de Tendencias: Analizar los menús de los clientes, las guías de pedidos y el historial de compras para proporcionar sugerencias personalizadas que maximicen las ventas. Gestión de Datos: Limpiar y analizar los datos para crear comparaciones de costos y traducirlas en información comprensible para el cliente. Inteligencia Comercial: Obtener inteligencia de negocios a nivel de la calle y aprovecharla para realizar seguimientos, programando citas con los tomadores de decisiones para impulsar el desarrollo comercial. Presentaciones de Ventas: Crear contenido personalizado para presentaciones de ventas basadas en las necesidades específicas de cada oportunidad. Soporte Corporativo: Brindar soporte a los negocios corporativos mediante una comunicación constante con los equipos internos. Desarrollo de Rutas: Colaborar con el departamento de Transporte para desarrollar áreas con mayor tonelaje de rutas, asegurando que se maximicen las oportunidades de crecimiento. Viajes a Cuentas: Asistir a reuniones en las sedes de las cuentas en un rol de apoyo para fortalecer relaciones y promover el crecimiento de ventas. Revisión de Informes de Ventas: Revisar regularmente los informes de ventas para identificar y apuntar a las "cuentas dormidas" donde las oportunidades de ventas no están completamente aprovechadas. Sobre ti: Educación: Título universitario en Negocios o campo relacionado (preferido). Experiencia: De 5 a 7 años de experiencia progresiva en ventas en el sector de la comida y los servicios de alimentos, preferentemente en la región del noreste. Conocimiento del Sector: Más de 5 años de experiencia en el sector de la comida y los servicios de alimentos, preferentemente con enfoque en cuentas de varias unidades. Capacitación en Ventas: Capacitación avanzada en técnicas de ventas recientes preferida. Habilidades de Comunicación: Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con la capacidad de comunicarte de manera efectiva en todos los niveles. Habilidades Técnicas: Alta competencia en Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel) y familiaridad con herramientas de CRM. Liderazgo y Motivación: Habilidades comprobadas de liderazgo con capacidad para motivar equipos y fomentar el crecimiento empresarial. Entorno de Trabajo de Alta Velocidad: Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno de ventas de ritmo rápido, con excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y organización. Habilidades Analíticas: Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas para evaluar tendencias, datos y oportunidades. Independencia: Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente con supervisión mínima, mientras se mantiene orientado a objetivos. Expertise en Ventas: Fuertes habilidades de presentación, negociación e influencia, con capacidad demostrada para cerrar ventas.
