Paralegal

We've partnered with an established Plaintiff-side Personal Injury law firm in Los Angeles that is actively hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This is a strong opportunity for a paralegal who is comfortable managing the day-to-day demands of active litigation and wants to work closely with attorneys on Personal Injury matters from discovery through trial. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide substantive support throughout the litigation lifecycle while helping attorneys stay organised, prepared and on top of critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities Include Propound and respond to written discovery Manage court deadlines, litigation calendars and case-related deadlines Maintain and organise case files and litigation records Manage attorney calendars and coordinate hearings, depositions, meetings and other appointments Assist attorneys with trial preparation and trial support Support all phases of Personal Injury litigation Communicate professionally with clients, experts, opposing counsel and other parties Assist with case preparation, document organisation and other litigation-related responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For 3 - 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience Strong understanding of California Civil Procedure and court rules Experience supporting cases through active litigation and trial preparation Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation/case-management software Filing experience is a plus Fluent Spanish is required Ability to type at least 50 WPM Paralegal associate degree, certificate or other relevant paralegal qualification preferred Compensation - $80,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
