Description

• Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting tailored treatment plans.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
