Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. State licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is preferred. Specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory.

Prior experience is strongly preferred. Ability to manage care for patients with complex medical and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in using digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
