Independently negotiate, maintain sustainable processes and accurate data, and support ongoing Supply Chain projects Create purchase orders according to internal process specifications and procurement guidelines Conduct daily price inquiries with suppliers to prepare orders Review daily shortage and ATP lists for product demand requirements Support project teams in obtaining quotes for project/contract inquiries Collaborate on and assist with developing tools and ongoing continuous improvement projects Own supply planning and inventory management for designated product lines based on Supply Chain strategies Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required, or at least 4 years of related experience in lieu of the degree Legally authorized to work in the United States Employment eligibility verification required at hire Visa sponsorship is not available Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Basic understanding of Supply Chain management and purchasing methods Knowledge of Oracle Applications or similar ERP systems Ability to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Supply Chain Management and Purchasing Methods, with a strong focus on Inventory Management and Supply Planning. Proficient in utilizing ERP systems like Oracle Applications to support procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
