Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: interpret appropriation laws, financial regulations and policies; perform data analytics; provide financial advice and guidance to external customers; perform financial reporting and auditing; provide training.
