Advanced Field Service TechnicianWe're looking for an Advanced Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll provide expert onsite support, maintenance, and repair for CAT and Non-CAT Advanced Earthmoving Heavy Equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and optimizing machine performance to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. As a technician, you'll work directly with customers in the field, ensuring their equipment meets high operational standards and is running at peak performance.Duties and Responsibilities:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on site to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with advanced machinery or systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated equipment, ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and company specifications.Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.Utilize deep technical knowledge and experience to handle high-level technical challenges and provide solutions for system optimization and performance improvements.Maintain detailed records of service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs made, and parts used.
