Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients' needs.

• Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused interventions, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and promote resilience.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions tailored to clients’ unique situations.

• Collaborate with other professionals within the treatment team to ensure holistic, client-centered care through coordinated approaches.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop ongoing safety plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training sessions to enhance professional skills and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
