Journeyman Electrician Location: Weston, Wisconsin Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $38.00 – $44.00 per hour Travel: Local travel within a 60-mile radius About the Opportunity Superior Skilled Trades is partnered with a well-established mechanical and construction services company in Central Wisconsin. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join the team in Weston, WI. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is licensed, safety-focused, and experienced in troubleshooting and installing electrical systems while working collaboratively with other trades. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential and commercial systems in a timely and efficient manner Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety Assist with the installation of new electrical equipment, wiring, and infrastructure Comply with all applicable safety protocols, electrical codes, and industry regulations Collaborate with cross-functional trade teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate documentation of all electrical work, repairs, and maintenance activities Travel to job sites within a 60-mile local service area Ensure all work is completed to quality standards and company expectations Required Qualifications Active Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license (required) Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay: $38–$44 per hour Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Local work within a 60-mile radius (minimal travel burden) Overtime opportunities available Stable, long-term employment with a reputable trade organization Opportunities for growth within skilled trades Work Environment Field-based role across residential and commercial job sites Hands-on electrical work in varying indoor and outdoor environments Collaborative team environment working alongside other skilled trades professionals INDH
