Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Radiant Family Relations Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients and families.

• Provide therapy sessions for couples and individuals, engaging in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
\n
• Facilitate sessions addressing a range of issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, sibling conflicts, communication difficulties, and family adjustments related to separation and divorce.

• Utilize telehealth platforms as well as in-person sessions, providing seamless access for your clients.
\n
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational guidelines and state regulations.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals, couples, children, and adolescents who face various emotional and psychological challenges. You will work with families experiencing issues such as transitional stress, blended family dynamics, and medical concerns, creating a holistic approach to healthcare that addresses all aspects of their lives. Your role will be pivotal in providing the support necessary for clients to improve their mental health and relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Radiant Family Relations Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
