Your responsibilities * Performs weighing and labeling of ingredients for both blending and liquid processing areas with computerized weigh room system assistance * Operates computerized weigh room system equipment * Maintains computerized formulation files * Assures proper quantity of pre-weighed materials are available * Complete all necessary transactions, reports, and documentation * Maintain a clean and sanitary environment * Be able to use independent judgement and work in a team environment * Other duties as assigned The experience we're looking for * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * 1-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment is a must * Previous experience in a weighing operation or using a computerized weighing system a plus * Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily * Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift/move up to 50lbs * This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. US salary ranges Starting pay $24/hour US pay transparency The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
