About the Role A young, high-end lighting design and manufacturing company is seeking a personable and driven Business Development Lead to drive growth across the West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Jupiter markets. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships with residential architects, interior designers, and developers. You'll represent a globally recognized brand known for beautifully engineered architectural lighting that sits at the intersection of design, technology, and luxury. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through project completion, advising clients on product selection, pricing, and project scope. This is a high-autonomy role with significant territory ownership—ideal for someone who thrives on independence and enjoys the challenge of building pipeline. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people over A&D products as art and the excitement of building a sales pipeline. You have sold A&D products to architects or interior designers in the West Palm Beach area before. Lighting experience is a plus. What matters more is your ability to connect with people, tell a compelling story, and represent a premium brand with confidence. You're self-sufficient, hungry, and not afraid of a long sales cycle. You should have: Experience selling into the luxury residential A&D market—lighting, furniture, high-end finishes, architectural products, or similar A proven track record of hitting sales targets Strong relationship-building and networking skills A self-motivated, hunter mentality A valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation Location requirements: Based in or willing to relocate to the West Palm Beach / Boca Raton / Jupiter area Willingness to travel throughout the territory Authorized to work in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Execute a regional sales strategy across West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Jupiter Build and nurture a network of architects, interior designers, and developers Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through project completion Advise clients on product, pricing, and project scope Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Represent the brand at industry events, design functions, and showroom visits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus structure Total OTE in the $200k–$220k range for high performers High autonomy and true ownership of your territory Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing international brand Collaborative, design-led culture working alongside top-tier architects and designers #J-18808-Ljbffr Bespoke Careers
