• Credentialing Timeline: 90 days (minimum LPCF enrollment)

• Board: BE/BC in Emergency Medicine
• Licenses: Active unrestricted LA Medical License, DEA License w/ LA address, LA Controlled Substance & Supervising Physician License
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with LA address and Louisiana Controlled Substance Registration required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS (AHA preferred)
• Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine (EM ONLY)
• Other Qualifications: Proof of CME for past 2 years, case logs for past 2 years, must meet supervising physician requirements for NP/PA oversight

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
• Manage and treat a wide range of acute medical conditions and traumas.
• Collaborate with NP/PAs and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Perform necessary procedures consistent with emergency medicine practice.
• Document patient care accurately in Medhost EMR.
