Impact-Driven Residential Youth Care Specialist

Thompson Child & Family Focus, Inc.

Thompson Child & Family Focus, Inc. is seeking a Residential Youth Care Specialist to provide care, supervision and a therapeutic relationship with youth aged 10–17. Role includes reporting to a supervisor and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment goals in a trauma‑informed environment. You will work a rotating schedule (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am) with mandatory TCI training, background checks, and drug screening.
