You'll meet with customers, understand their needs, recommend the right life and health insurance solutions, and stay involved after the policy is in place—especially when customers need help most.What you'll do:Build relationships with new and existing customers—listening first, recommending secondConduct needs analysis to identify the best life and health insurance options for each customer's situationExplain coverage clearly, including benefits, exclusions, and what to expect—so customers feel confidentSupport policyholders beyond the sale, including help with claims and policy updates and changesStay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new productsMaintain accurate records and use agency software effectivelyEnsure compliance with state and federal requirements at all timesWhat we're looking for:Active state license for life and health insuranceStrong communication and interpersonal skills—you can connect with people and earn trustAbility to break down complex insurance topics in a way that's easy to understandSales experience is preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not the only path—if you've helped customers solve problems, that counts)Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage your book of businessProven capability to build and maintain ongoing customer relationshipsComfort working with insurance agency softwareWhy join Robert Casares State Farm?
