The Medical Receptionist position is located on the main campus of Englewood Hospital in a fast-paced surgery office with multiple providers. The Medical Receptionist handles a variety of tasks which includes but is not limited to: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient paperwork, delivering records to other departments, routing phone calls to other staff and providers, and actively using the hospital EMR (Epic). The MR will manage the flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms to ensure efficient use of the physician's time. The MR must be professional, proactive, flexible and courteous at all times.
