Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and formulating personalized treatment plans for clients to ensure tailored therapy.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups based on evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic principles, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

To successfully fill this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience with specific populations or therapeutic modalities, as well as knowledge of billing procedures and insurance processes, will be advantageous.
