In this role, you will assist community members with service-related questions, capture accurate information, and help ensure a positive experience for individuals seeking support.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls from community members and provide timely, courteous assistance tailored to their needs.
• Place outbound calls as needed to gather information, confirm details, and support follow-up communication.
• Enter and update client or service-related information accurately within internal systems and records.
• Guide individuals through available services, next steps, and required information in a clear and supportive manner.
• Handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Monitor call activity and documentation to help ensure complete and consistent service records.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to address questions, resolve issues, and maintain smooth daily operations.• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls with strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with order entry, data entry, or maintaining accurate records in a computer-based system.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to document information clearly and correctly.
• Comfortable assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
