Assist individuals with daily living activities, transportation, community participation, and achieving goals outlined in their Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP). Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment while supporting compliance with agency policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards. Complete accurate and timely documentation, including medication administration records, progress notes, goal tracking, incident reports, and other required records. Collaborate with supervisors, families, support teams, and community partners to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for the individuals supported. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Preferred: Previous experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a human services setting Schedule Part-Time Flexible scheduling based on program needs Weekend and holiday hours may be required On-call or emergency support may be required as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed throughout the workday Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
