Land Development Project Manager

Salary:** $70,000 - $120,000 (Location and experience dependent) The Role I’m working with a leading civil engineering firm that is looking to add a Civil Engineer to their Land Development team in Texas. The Land Development team works on a diverse range of projects and offers engineers the opportunity to take ownership of their work, collaborate with experienced professionals, and progress their careers within the business. This is an opportunity to join an established team working across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with exposure to projects from initial planning and design through to construction. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, municipalities, and other consultants while developing your technical skills and taking on increasing responsibility across projects. What You'll Be Doing Design and develop plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects Prepare site layouts, grading and drainage plans, utility plans, and stormwater management designs Develop construction documents and technical specifications Coordinate with clients, contractors, municipalities, and other project consultants Assist with permitting and regulatory requirements Support projects through design, approval, and construction Work alongside experienced engineers and project managers to develop your technical and project management skills What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2-5 years of experience within civil engineering, site development, or land development Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design PE or progression towards PE is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Someone looking to build a long-term career within land development #J-18808-Ljbffr
