Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized clinical assessments for clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through both telehealth and in-person visits.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans that meet clients' diverse needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and identify clients requiring additional assessments or services, ensuring timely access to resources.

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to varying age groups and cultural backgrounds.

• Carry a caseload of clients, engaging in treatment interventions focused on crisis prevention, stabilizing emotional disturbances, and recovery planning.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, including admissions, continued stay criteria, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and consultation reports within the organizational database.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention strategies and support, demonstrating a calm and effective approach.

• Participate actively in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Provide on-call support during and after hours as assigned by the clinical supervisor.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
