Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Turquoise Center, you will engage in the following key activities:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments by gathering comprehensive medical, social, and psychological histories from clients to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our internal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and multidisciplinary care, maximizing treatment outcomes.

• Participating in regular team meetings and peer review sessions to contribute to continuous professional development and enhance the quality of our services.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
