Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths and needs to inform treatment planning.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient’s circumstances.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to develop and execute coordinated care plans that address the full spectrum of patient needs.

• Educating patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and the benefits and risks of prescribed medications.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster therapeutic outcomes using a range of methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
