Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer support in developing anger management skills and other behavioral interventions relevant to client circumstances.

• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines while ensuring high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our target population consists of individuals aged 18 and older who may experience various mental health challenges hindering their community engagement and independence. You will work with clients presenting a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related stress, and other complex psychological conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD), is essential for practice.

• Ability to work independently without the need for supervision, displaying confidence in clinical decision-making.

• Clear of any disciplinary actions on your license and prior experience providing direct clinical services is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to form trusting relationships with clients are vital for success.

• Proficiency in computer systems for telehealth sessions and client documentation is necessary.
