Data Entry Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into databases, records, and files
Transfer information from paper formats using keyboards, scanners, or voice recordings
Handle numerical data and build spreadsheets as needed
Organize large volumes of information into user-friendly formats
Curate and enter data from speech, notes, or interviews
Update and maintain databases with the most current information
Identify and correct any errors in records or documents
